Assistant Professor, Computer cartography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing and Science Education. Current interests include geomorphometry, terrain analysis, and pre-college Earth Science education reform. Recent research includes spatial analysis of the Sliding Rocks of Racetrack Playa (Death Valley), geologic GPS mapping of Badlands National Park (South Dakota) and the Geology of the New York Bight.
