Professor, Structural geology and tectonics. Research is on the tectonic evolution of the North Cascades; emplacement of plutons, and processes in the deep levels of magmatic arcs. Current projects include: kinematics and timing of deformation in the Cascades; pluton emplacement in the Cascades, Sierra Nevada, and White Mountains.
