About Dr. Sedlock:
Dr. Sedlock joined the faculty in 1992.
B.A. 1980, Northwestern University.
M.A. 1982, University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ph.D. 1988, Stanford University.
Professor & Department Chair, Structural geology, and tectonics. Current projects include geologic and
tectonic evolution of Mesozoic blueschist, ophiolite, and island arc terranes in Baja California;
late Cenozoic tectonic development of the Bay Area; geology of Mexico.
